CARGO EXCHANGE RETURN PROCESS

Your orders are sent by ARAS Cargo from our headquarters in Istanbul. Your orders are processed within 1-3 business days after your order confirmation. Your package will be sent to your registered delivery address within an average of 1-5 business days after it is delivered to the courier company. Our company is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.

After your cargo tracking number is processed, it will be automatically sent to the e-mail address you used in the order.

In case of exchange / return, the product / products to be returned or changed can be returned to us free of charge, subject to the conditions of the exchange / return process on our website. If you choose a shipping company other than ARAS Cargo for the return / exchange process, our company will not be responsible for shipping costs, in this case, you have to pay the shipping fee.

You can return the products you purchased from www.capmes.com within 14 days from the date of delivery with a counterpayment by courier. In case the specified period is exceeded, refunds will not be made. Returns and exchanges of non-invoiced, used and resalable or damaged products will not be accepted and will be returned to you with payment. After your return is examined by the relevant units of CAPMES, the process will start by returning to you. When your return is approved, the product price will be refunded within 5 working days at the latest. The next process is completely dependent on your bank and our site has no right to interfere with your bank. The entire amount of the product you have purchased in installments is returned to your credit card, but the refund of the refund is reflected on your credit card by your bank, again in installments.
